Water fun
Yesterday, was a beautiful day. The weather was hot, there was just a little wind and the sun was shining. I love summer and that is exactly what it felt like. So what better to do on a day like that, but have a water day!

We had some friends over and decided to have a water balloon fight (which I did not get picture of, bummer), ran through the sprinkler and then just resorted to a water fight with buckets. I thought the water balloon fight was going to be such a blast, but in all honesty it did not turn out like I thought. It was about 20 minutes of filling water balloons for about 2 minutes worth of fun! 
They still had fun, but it was over so fast that we had to come up with something else for them to do. Bring out the sprinkler!
Oh, to be young again; I wish I could have that much fun with something as simple as water!
I’ll leave you with a cute little shot of my Godson, I think he grew fins a gills yesterday! I can’t wait to see him in the swimming pool this summer!
Adventures in Bowersland 
Oh, looks like so much fun! I can’t believe how hot it got. But today, with clouds and rain and 54 degrees, these pictures make me shiver a little. 🙂
That is just how it is in good old SD…88 degrees one day 44 the next! I’m just glad I had a couple of nice days to work on my garden…one plot left to plant and then I get to to work on keeping things (weeds, kids, dogs, rabbits, bugs, etc.) out of it!
ps. at least it didn’t snow, that seems to be possible at anytime in this great state!
